Sherry Fuller - Director of Business Operations
Sherry first joined the Conservancy as a volunteer and then joined our employee team in 2011 to streamline project management and operations for the Conservancy's busy and growing Science and Stewardship department. She currently oversees all Conservancy business functions, managing a wide range of systems and processes along with a variety of short- and long-term projects. Areas of responsibility include human resources, organizational development and policy, program reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, contracts and grants, and information systems. Sherry has more than 15 years of experience managing projects as well as daily business operations. Prior to joining the Conservancy, Sherry was a project manager for a community development consulting firm, where she specialized in projects that provided funding for infrastructure improvements, public facilities, and affordable housing. Sherry studied at Chapman University and California State University, Long Beach, where she has graduate degrees in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
