Sherry Fuller - Director of People & Operations

Sherry first joined the Conservancy as a volunteer and then joined our employee team in 2011 to streamline project management and operations for the Conservancy's busy and growing Science and Stewardship  team. She currently manages a several functional areas along with a variety of short- and long-term projects. Areas of responsibility include human resources, organizational development and policy, program reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and contracts and grants.  Sherry has more than 15 years of experience managing projects and operations. Prior to joining the Conservancy, Sherry was a project manager for a community development consulting firm, where she specialized in projects that provided funding for infrastructure improvements, public facilities, and affordable housing. Sherry studied at Chapman University and California State University, Long Beach, where she has graduate degrees in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
