Mary Gregrow - Human Resources & Payroll Manager

Mary is responsible for managing the Irvine Ranch Conservancy’s human resources functions. She is the first person that prospective applicants meet in the recruiting process. When new employees start, Mary guides them through the new hire paperwork process and coordinates the various trainings needed to get them up-to-speed with the Conservancy. She also makes sure everyone gets paid the proper amount on time. Mary provides guidance to employees and Conservancy management regarding employee benefits, worker's compensation, and wage and hour laws. She performs the complicated employee record-keeping functions to keep the Conservancy in compliance with employment laws. Mary has been working in human resources for over 25 years, lending her expertise to a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitality and the golf course industry.
