Ravens are intelligent, adaptable birds that can live in a wide variety of habitats, whether it be the desert or a dense forest, these birds can survive through all seasons. These birds will make themselves known with their deep croaking call that echoes as they soar through the sky overhead. Living as a scavenger and a predator, ravens are omnivorous and will feed on practically anything including insects, rodents, lizards, frogs, eggs, young birds, and even carrion and garbage.
Next time you’re out on the Landmarks, see if you can spot a raven searching for its next meal or soaring through the air!
