Erica Korzep - Manager, Volunteer Programs
Erica is part of the Community Programs team, designing and delivering programs and training opportunities. Prior to joining the Conservancy, Erica was an adjunct professor at Argosy University, and Santiago College where she taught interpersonal effectiveness, American government, and secondary education classes. She also worked at UCI as a credential supervisor for the Education Department. Prior to her post-secondary work, Erica was the Assistant Director at Breakthrough San Juan Capistrano and an instructor at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School. Prior to her career in education, Erica spent many years as a general manager and operational manager of tradeshow transportation companies. In addition to her administrative, operational, educational, and leadership experience, Erica has served many roles in the community, including a year working as an intern for Councilmember Heather Fargo in Sacramento. She has been involved as a volunteer, coordinating Girl Scout and children’s theater activities. Erica has a B.A in International Relations from UC Davis, a M.S.Ed. and CLAD certification in Education with an emphasis on Cross-Cultural Education from National University. In addition, Erica has her single-subject credential in Social Science.
