Bryan Iwamoto - GIS Technician
Bryan started at the Irvine Ranch Conservancy as a volunteer in June 2014 and joined the Science and Stewardship team as a GIS Technician in June 2015. He is primarily responsible for providing core Geographic Information System (GIS) services to staff and volunteers and assists in managing a geo-database of the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks. His duties include creating maps for staff and volunteers, digitizing information, and analyzing spatial data using the ArcGIS software. He also continues to provide assistance to the Community Programs team as a volunteer, both in the field and in coordinating public activities. Bryan has a B.S in City and Regional Planning and a minor in Sustainable Environments from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
